HOURS OF OPERATION:
Our office is closed for patient visits but all of our services are available. Please call our office to set up your web-based teleconferencing appointment.
Phones are answered Monday — Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
If someone is not available to answer the telephone, our voicemail will give you the option of leaving a message with the Office Manager or with your individual Integrative provider.
In the event we need to close the office unexpectedly, we try to call all scheduled patients; we also have a message on the answering machine.
INSURANCE COVERAGE:
We accept Tricare, Medicare, and most commercial plans.
APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:
For Help with Questions or to Schedule an Appointment:
—Please call (910) 757-0714 and speak with our Office Manager, Drexine Sowers.
On the Day of Your Initial Appointment:
—Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete the intake forms specific to the provider you will be seeing.
—If you are able to download, print and fully complete the online intake forms for your specific Integrative provider, please bring the completed forms with you and arrive 15 minutes early to complete additional paperwork prior to your appointment.
—Remember to bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of all of your medications.
—Upon arrival, please check in at the front window so we know that you are here.
At Your Subsequent Appointments:
—Once you are an established patient, you do not need to check in at the front window unless you need to advise us of a change in name, address, or insurance.
Cancelling or changing an Appointment:
—If you are unable to come to your appointment, please call to reschedule. Appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $45 fee.
